Please not that processing times are separate from the shipping times

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

During the holiday season orders will be shipped within 2 business days

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All Domestic orders are shipped for free via First Class Mail. (2-5 business days shipping time) Please note - this increases during the Holiday Season.

If you would like to upgrade to Priority Shipping, you can do so at checkout for an additional $8.50. (1-3 business days shipping time)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Forever Little One is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days (domestically) or 25 days (internationally) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns on personalized onesies. However, if there is an incorrect spelling due to our mistake, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

We accept returns for non-personalized items up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

We accept exchanges for non-personalized items up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Once the item is received (at the customers cost) we will send out the new onesie.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please Contact Us as soon as possible with your order number and explain the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
